Venue Transport Manager

Key accountabilities

• Detailed VTO planning in respective venue
• Run VTO in respective venue during games-time
• Manage VTO staff in venue
• Liaise effectively  with Traffic & Transit Operations (TTO) to resolve traffic issues in respective venue perimeter
• Liaise effectively  with Client Transport Systems (CTS) to resolve bus operations and scheduling issues in respective venue
• Escalate issues that cannot be satisfactorily resolved at venue level to respective Area Cluster Manager
• Professionally represent VTO function in all cross-functional planning meetings of relevant level

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

• 5-7-year experience as Venue Transport Manager, or similar position, in previous Games of equal or higher  scale and intensity as Baku 2015 European Games 
• Graduate level education
• Fluent in English language
