Head of Strategic Planning Unit (Corporate Strategy department)

•        Prepare high level company strategic plan template
•        Consolidate the strategic plan according to top management annual strategic review and objective setting meetings to assure the alignment of all business units strategic objectives linked to specific major company goals
•        Improve information and capability infrastructure; tools, methodologies, databases to support strategic planning; analytics and data management system; strategy process and procedures
•        Prepare Business Cases & Plans for all new product, service or technologies and launch them
•        Track and report the strategic fit of all actions, plans, and launches executed by other commercial departments to assure all company units perform effectively and in the right direction and are in line with strategies and objectives set by top management.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Work experience: 5 years in Telecommunications in a similar role
Languages: Azerbaijani, English and Russian
Computer skills: MS Excel, Power Point – advanced; MS Word, Outlook – good
