We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic member of staff for the position of Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing specific food & beverage related projects
• Assisting food & beverage outlets where necessary
• Staff training and development
• Assisting with forecasting food & beverage revenues
• Assisting in the future development of the food & beverage department
• Through well-organized daily operations work for reaching the F&B department’s quality goals set towards guests, owners and employees.
• To be responsible for the effectiveness of the F&B department and that the department is well managed and profitable in order to meet the food and beverage needs of our guests

The ideal candidate should be:

• well presented, flexible and have good communication and customer care skills
• able to motivate, energize and maintain a positive attitude in themselves and their colleagues and be a good team player.
• English, Russian, Azerbaijani languages are required, Turkish is preferable.
• Experience in hospitality industry in  Food & Beverage operations is mandatory including supervisory and organizational skills.
