In order to lead the restaurant operation of our hotel we are looking for the Restaurant Manager.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for all food and beverage activities
• Manage, motivate and organize the department
• Develop food and beverage concepts
• Determine needs for training and implement training within own department
• Budget planning and follow up
• Maintain and further develop the standards of operation
Requirements:
• Fluency in English, Azerbaijani, Russian both written and oral, Turkish is preferable
• Experience from a similar position or equivalent
• Relevant business education and preferably international experience
• Result oriented individual who gets things done
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative
• Outgoing, dynamic and sales focused
• Business oriented and a natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
The Restaurant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is a member of the Management Team.
Working hours- 09:00-18:00, 5 days in a week, off on weekend. Info regarding salary will be announced upon interview
