Job Title Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities
• Deal with incoming enquiries from customers.
• Process Incoming and Outgoing documentation
• Liaise with Service department in Dubai with regard to purchasing, raising work orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Progress service work to meet customer requests.
• Control of stores / inventory
• Input Equipment records to create ‘asset history’ in software.
• Enter service work onto web based software system
• Archive records when required.
• Set up and maintain Approved Vendor List
• Receipt of service work into the workshop
• Goods despatch preparation / documentation
• Arrange local transport when required
• Maintain office stationary levels
• Assist workshop mechanics when requested to do so.
Competencies Required
• Training and/or extensive experience with Excel and Word.
• Experience with database input.
• Experience in a workshop environment
• Certification/Q.A. experience.
• Able to work accurately under pressure.
• Assist to maintain a safe working environment.
Additional
• Drivers licence
• Forklift licence
• Good command of English – written and spoken
