Key Functions:

• Front Office Manager in daily operation
• Provide high level of customer service and maintain a high profile in the day to day front office operations
• Ensure that personalized service is offered to each and every guest.
• Review arrival list for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities and special requests.
• Integrates and trains employees, providing support for skills development.
• Ensures that all front desk employees are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc), and also punctual.
• Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and
• Knowledge of the local area and events.
• Overseeing staff levels and schedules
• Sales and marketing experience and skills are favoured. 
• Be able to work under high pressure.
• Service Oriented mindset
• Reports to General Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years working experience in hospitality or tourism related industry, preferable in Front Office operations at a five star luxury hotel.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity as a supervisor or manager in a luxury hotel.
• A graduate of Hotel School would be an added advantage.
• Solid experience in Front Office including Front Desk, Night Audit, PBX, Reservations, and Guest Services.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate a team of employees and possess excellent attention to detail.
• Able to handle the stress of a deadline.
• Able to think independently and possess good judgment and decision making abilities.
• Assure guest expectations are exceeded through proper employee training.
• Demonstrate an ability to lead by example.• Experience in training, cross-training and developing employees.
• Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
