Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to optimize project performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry, preferably within an EPC environment.
  • Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., API, ASME, ANSI).
  • PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
