Responsibilities:

• The Senior mechanical Engineer shall be able to perform all forms of integrity calculations using a mixture of software packages (CEASAR II. Pipenet) and hand calculations.
• Develop the specification and design of process equipment (Valves, vessels, pumps ect).
• Develop the specification and design of engineering projects from initial concept through detail design, construction/installation and final close-out.
• Advise, check drawings and liaise with the Discipline Design Team to ensure all design drawings and documents clearly reflect the agreed design philosophy and specification and are produced in accordance with international standards and Client procedures.
• Prepare all necessary design reports and workpacks throughout the design development phase.
• Advise and liaise with the Planning Engineers in the preparation of project plans for all design and installation phases.
• Ensure all project related equipment and materials are correctly specified and all necessary procurement documentation is produced.
• To ensure that project equipment and materials have all necessary certification in accordance with the design specifications. 

Essential Qualification:

• Degree qualified / or good recognized qualification with 10 years’ experience.
