Corporate Sales Specialist

Requirements:

Higher education
At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Relations field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of finance and business logic
Fluent Azeri and Russian, upper- intermediate level of English (written and verbal)  
Fluent knowledge in MS Office
Free of military obligation
Driving license as well as availability of a personal vehicle would be an asset

Roles & Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for driving business and revenue growth through prospecting, development and signing new customers
Corporate Sales Target Achieve Individual monthly goals through the successful execution of main KPI measures 
Identifies potential corporate clients and points of contact and weekly plans the acquisition logic 
By maintaining detailed knowledge of all products and services of Nar Mobile, provides current accounts with offers through visits, call and electronically for upsell
Oversees the up-to-date database maintenance of CRM
Coordinates with the relevant Corporate Service representative to handover new accounts and support existing accounts as needed.
Administer each corporate sales order from initial inquiry to final delivery, including contracting and Programming and registration of numbers
Undertakes regular and ad hoc reporting corporate sales performance and accounts as assigned
Contributes to improvement of all existing internal systems and Azerfon’s performance and reputation where possible
Contributing to strategic and operational planning for the Department 
Assumes the ownership of implementation of the assigned tasks in the Strategic and Operational Plan of the Unit and individual action plans
Based on analytical data and intuition, initiates development of new corporate services, tariffs and products with Marketing, Technical, IT
Offer support to peers outside of immediate duties across the Department and the Company, where possible 
Assume the duties of the Corporate Sales Manager and Business in his/her absence as assigned
Undertakes all self-development activities as described in the Professional Development Plan and suggested by the line manager
