Responsibilities:
- Control general company warehouse stocks, issue, and receive general materials/tools.
- Register company stock movement (incoming/outgoing).
- Inspect all general materials/tools and ensure they are in proper condition.
- Maintain hand tools and track all issued/received vehicle parts.
- Establish and maintain the warehouse management system.
- Conduct inventory of critical items and generate requisitions for purchase.
- Allocate goods and maintain warehouse housekeeping.
- Reconcile ordered items with delivered ones.
- Generate requisitions for consumable items.
- Reconcile warehouse/stock balance with the Accounting Department.
- Assist the Procurement Department in generating requisitions and coordinating with suppliers for delivery.
- Report any damage/failure in assets to management.

Qualifications:
- Technical educational background or experience in a technical field.
- Relevant experience (preferably in foreign commercial companies).
- Good knowledge of spare parts/materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team.
- Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.
- Operational level computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Report to: Director / Procurement officer
Salary: 850 AZN net
