Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO in managing his diary, the organisation of meetings and the maintenance of confidential documents and files
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, BoD, including the organisations of meetings, preparation of agendas, minutes and papers
  • Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Fluency in azerbaijani, russian and english languages
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment
  • Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems
  • Preference will be given to male candidates
