Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in Product Management or as an associate product manager
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  •  Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background 
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor degree 
  • Preferably minimum 2-year experience in product management in Pharma/ OTC industry.
  • Fluent Russian is complimentary, good Azerbaijani and preferably English  
  • No restrictions for travelling abroad and staying for bussiness trip reasons

Responsibilities:

  • Determining the marketing strategies of the assigned products
  • Market analysis monthly and monitoring competitors' activities.
  • Providing internal product training activities for sales force; preparing and reviewing all training manuals and visual materials.
  • Working closely with Field Sales Force to make sure that marketing activities planned are implemented effectively and in-line with product objectives
  • Participating scientific congresses, seminars, trainings and representing the company.
  • Establishing strong and sustainable relations with KOL's
  • Analyze the market, explore and nurture leads and opportunities, develop solutions, and make configuration and quotation.
  • Participate in project operations, and ensure the achievement of market access and sales goals
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Plan and support initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channel (social media);
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies;
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends;
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
