Responsibilities:
- Developing financial strategies and implementing them in line with the company's financial goals
- Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial statements
- Managing budget creation, monitoring, and revising processes as needed
- Identifying financial risks and developing appropriate risk mitigation strategies
- Continuously monitoring and reporting financial performance
- Leading financial teams, evaluating their performance, and fostering their development
- Managing internal and external audit processes and ensuring compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the finance sector
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Certification in at least one of the following: DipIFR, IFRS, ACCA
- PMS ("MHBS") certification is required
- Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and 1C (8.3) (Advanced proficiency in Excel)
- Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strategic thinking ability and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and result-oriented work ethic
