Responsibilities:

  • Developing financial strategies and implementing them in line with the company's financial goals
  • Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial statements
  • Managing budget creation, monitoring, and revising processes as needed
  • Identifying financial risks and developing appropriate risk mitigation strategies
  • Continuously monitoring and reporting financial performance
  • Leading financial teams, evaluating their performance, and fostering their development
  • Managing internal and external audit processes and ensuring compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the finance sector
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Certification in at least one of the following: DipIFR, IFRS, ACCA
  • PMS ("MHBS") certification is required
  • Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and 1C (8.3) (Advanced proficiency in Excel)
  • Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Strategic thinking ability and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and result-oriented work ethic
