Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost estimations for electrical materials, equipment, and labor based on current market rates.
• Review Electrical design documents (drawings, schematics, layouts) for constructability and adherence to project specifications.
• Analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for Electrical works, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare detailed Electrical budget breakdowns for tender submissions
• Prepare estimates in line with the brief and design as it develops
• Providing technical support and expertise during tender submissions. 
• Must be staying updated on market trends and valuations in the sector.
• Must develop budget analyzing tools for cost estimation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Experience in Cost Estimation for Electrical Projects.
• Site experience for the Electrical works and methodology is a must.
• Experience in Infrastructure projects are plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for cost calculations and data analysis is a must.
• Proficient in project reading, AutoCAD, and similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous budgeting or cost estimation skills are essential
• Proficiency in the English language, knowledge of the Russian language is a plus
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail is required.
