Roles and Responsibilities:
- Processing and submission of input data for bonus calculations
- Control of commission calculations at month closeru, preparation of monthly, quartely commission reports, submission of documents for payment
- Control of claim and reinsurance payments
- Performs post factum inspections
- Contributes to the development of the internal control system using business intelligence solutions
- Interprets and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results
- Implementation of monitoring/Deep Dive analyses
- Direct participation in the development of software for the automation of the relevant control processes
- Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor (financial analysis, data collection, etc.).
Required skills:
- Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in relevant field;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English is preferrable;
- Advanced use of MS Office. Use of Power BI, Alteryx, Python is preferrable;
- Theoretical knowledge of generally accepted principles and rules of accounting;
- Proven logical and analytical skills;
- Accuracy, attentiveness, planning and organizational skills.
Personal caracteristics: Stress-resistant, good team player, presentation skills, strong self-discipline and deadline culture, information analysis and financial diagnosis.
