Sales Director to perform the following roles and responsibilities:
- To increase the number of guests, average rates and profit in the hotel.
- To build and maintain corporate and professional relationships with a range of clients, increasing business activity / visitor numbers by striving to meet sales targets.
- To develop and retain new business using identified market segments and business sources where possible.
- Representing the hotel and group at trade fairs, corporate events, campaigns, seminars etc. to maintain a high profile in the local and foreing markets
- To distribute relevant corporate information and other relevant advertising and information materials.
- To prepare and present monthly PL reports and annual budget on sales activity
- To implement sales promotion strategy developed for all relevant markets.
- To supervise the work of sales team members employees, monitor and evaluate their performance, set the goals according to KPI
- To monitor and analyze competitors sales campaigns and activities
- To conduct effective sales planning and promotional activities for the department
We are expecting successfull candidate to have these qualification and skills:
- Higher education (master diploma);
- Relevant work background (preferably in hotel industry)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Deep knowledge and understanding of sales market
- Decision-making and leadership skills
