Title: Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the development of branding strategy, conducting market research and developing strategic advertising and promotions activities.
JOB DUTIES
• Development and adaptation of product branding strategy and new products branding
• Responsible for the fight against the illegal copying of corporate/product branding by other cement producers
• Establishment of branded retail network
• Contribute in development and implementation of marketing strategy
• Develop and maintain effective internal and external communication
• Organize and manage promotional activities and special events
• Provide periodical market surveys and product analysis
• Implement and coordinate training activities for company personnel and customers
• Provide support to Sales and Logistics Department
• Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
• Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products
• Maximizing the target customer's awareness of the brand
• Working closely with distribution partners and Marketing Research companies

Education & Experience
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Marketing or Construction field
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and spoken English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages
