We are excited to present a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as the Senior Product Owner at the Baku Stock Exchange. In this role, you will lead and oversee key responsibilities, including:

• Conduct market research for stock exchange products and services that meet the requirements of local legislation;
• Create and develop stock exchange products and services that meet advanced international practice and requirements of local legislation;
• Present and communicate product strategy, roadmap, revenue model to team members;
• Establish relations with both internal and external partners of the company, as well as with regulatory and supervisory state institutions, and participate in discussions;
• Analyzing data on profitability, turnover and professional activity on existing products and services, providing financial models and scenarios for product profitability and its improvement;
• Coordinate and support the work of other Product Owners.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, finance, or a related field; CFA Certification is desirable;
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Investments, Capital Markets and banking;
• Expert knowledge in financial instruments and capital markets;
• Strategic decision-making ability;
• Analytical and mathematical thinking;
• Conflict resolution and communication skills;
• Excellent English, Azerbaijani languages knowledge, Russian is desirable.
