We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide full executive support to the CEO in diary management, administration, travel arrangements and meeting preparation and working on specific projects and research as required. To support and develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

Qualifications:

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree

Requirements:

  • Azerbaijani citizenship.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
