Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
