Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
