Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and assist with financial transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a front desk or guest services role
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
