A Marketing Manager oversees and coordinates marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives, aiming to promote a company's products or services, drive brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Marketing strategy;
- Budget planning;
- Preparing short and long-term prognoses and accounts through research, analysis and interpretation of both interior and exterior markets in accordance with the product specification;
- To customize the company's property in the bazar, to collect information about the market in the bazar, to analyze the methods of sales, market communications;
- Analysis of customer needs and preparation of calculations in order to address potential market and product demands;
- The determine and evaluate current and future market trends;
- Preparing activity plans on the market, participating in the preparation of business processes and procedures on the market site;
- Preparing the company's PR and Advertising policy;
- Preparation of publicity demonstrations on the means of the communique.
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, economics;
- Experience: at least 3 years (preferably in the field of investment);
- Marketing certificates;
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
- Technical knowledge, ability to use Google AdWords, Facebook ads manager, e-mail marketing tools;
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM);
- Good communication skills, ability to work with a team;
- Creativity and initiative, promptness, correct prioritization;
- Presentation skills, project management skills.
