Job responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and develop growth strategies.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.Assist in analyzing competitors and initiating contact with potential partners.
  • Support in negotiating terms with partners and building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in monitoring partner performance and preparing reports for management.
  • Adapt strategies to market changes and assist in tracking partner payments.
  • Address partner concerns and provide support and advice.

Skills and abilities:

  • 1+ year experience in business development or sales.
  • Ability to support business growth and sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Positive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to learn, work under guidance, and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Professional and eager to learn.

Working hours: We work 4 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
