Position: Offshore Catering Supervisor/Camp Boss
Sex: Male
Leading Offshore Catering Company is on the look to hire Catering Supervisor/Camp Boss you will be responsible to plan, organize and improve the food and beverage services of organizations and our businesses, whilst meeting customer expectations, food and hygiene standards and financial targets.
Requires but is not limited to the following abilities:
Having precise attention to detail; superb ability for accuracy, computer proficiency; ability to communicate clearly both orally and by writing in English (high level of English is must) and Azeri languages.
Experience 5-6 years in catering supervision for offshore and onshore facility is must .
Previous experience in catering and hospitality to oil companies especially offshore service will be strongly considered.
Minimum academic qualification of successful graduation from a recognized catering school or equivalent college degree in related hospitality field
Responsibilities:
15 days workings schedule in offshore platform;
Applicant will be acting as supervisor to junior staff involved in catering and hospitality provision to the various oil companies that we have contract to provide on and offshore catering and hospitality service for; He will be responsible in ensuring standards stipulated in existing contract between oil firm and ours are met.
Daily food cost returns, Inventory and stock control, stock requisition and menu planning.

- The salary is for 15 days and negotiable as per the job applicant’s work capacity and experience
Salary: 800 – 1000 AZN (negotiable upon work experience)
