Position: Offshore Catering Project Manager / Executive Chef

Leading International Offshore Catering Company is on the look to hire Catering Project Manager / Executive Chef. You will be responsible to plan, organize and improve the food and beverage services of organizations and our businesses, whilst meeting customer expectations, food and hygiene standards and financial targets.

Requires but is not limited to the following abilities:

Having precise attention to detail; superb ability for accuracy, computer proficiency; ability to communicate clearly both orally and by writing in English (high level of English is must) and Azeri languages.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an executive chef  with sufficient knowledge of international standard of catering service.

Minimum academic qualification of successful graduation from a recognized catering school or equivalent college degree in related hospitality field

Responsibilities:
 
15 days workings schedule in offshore platform;
Bear the responsibility for the efficient running of the kitchen, housekeeping, and laundry service and must supervise the staff working for you.
One of the most important responsibilities is to conduct hygiene audits in the rig, and being aware of date and storage methodologies in order to ensure rig health and sanitation standards are maintained.
Scheduling, cost control, ordering supplies, and supervising staff in all activities include emergency, safety, hygiene and food quality improvement training.
Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail, cost accounting etc.

- The salary is for 15 days  about 1500 $ and negotiable as per the job applicant’s work capacity and experience
