Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings, supplier performance, and overall supply chain efficiency;
- Leading vendor selection and negotiation processes to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and strategic partnerships;
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and innovative product offerings within the skincare and beauty categories.
Skills:
- Language skills: having a high level of knowledge in Russian and English languages;
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools;
- 1+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in a distribution environment;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
