We are seeking a highly organized Junior Lawyer/Lawyer to join our team. It is essential to consider the specific legal needs of the company and its subsidiaries. As a steel trading company operating in several countries, including Azerbaijan, Georgia, the UK, and the UAE, we offer a dynamic environment and a positive working culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documentation related to all aspects of the company's business.
• Assist lawyers in creating new offices/divisions of the Company, affiliated companies, their reorganization, and liquidation by developing their legal structure, charter, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal examinations of submitted contracts and provide legal opinions.
• Write lawsuits, appeals, and cassation complaints.
• Prepare founding documents of a legal entity and other necessary documents based on legislation.
• Prepare relevant documents for obtaining special permissions (licenses) for engaging in entrepreneurial activities in accordance with intellectual property laws, the Migration Code, and the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and apply to relevant institutions, representing the Company.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer/legal advisor.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the Civil, Civil Procedural, Administrative, Administrative Procedural, and Labor Codes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Ability to solve problems methodically and practically.
• Persuasive and clear communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; intermediate level in Russian is acceptable.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Word.
• Highly skilled in drafting, proofreading, negotiating, and debating.
