Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the B2B travel sector, identifying key players, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Define your target audience
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Strengthen relationships with existing their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Regularly communicate with clients B2B partners/clients by understanding to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead and motivate the sales team by setting clear goals, providing ongoing training, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Provide guidance and support to overcome challenges and ensure the team's success.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations.
- Ensure alignment between sales efforts and other departments to deliver seamless services to clients.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the sales team and overall sales strategy.
- Regularly analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
