Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Roles & responsibilities:
• Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers;
• Places, receives and routes a high volume of calls through a switchboard. Supplies information to callers, relays messages and announces visitors;
• Performs basic clerical tasks. Operates basic office equipment. Sorts and routes incoming materials;
• Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail. Operates manual and electrical mailing equipment;
• Systematically arranges letters, memorandums and other indexed documents according to an established system;
• Performs administrative duties for executive management;
• Routinely re-order department supplies, and update mail/phone directories;
• Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in place;
• When Managing Director chairs meetings: prepare agenda in advance, arrange meeting facilities, act as recording secretary; prepare action minutes, arrange amenities as needed.
Education & experience:
• University degree;
• Minimum one year experience in similar position.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of the following:
• MS Office knowledge;
• Fluency in Azeri, Russian and English languages;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Female candidates are preferred.
Competencies:
• Must have knowledge of document imaging/scanning hardware and software, and experience in creating electronic copies of documents.
