The appropriate candidate for us should have:

• Be in possession of a university degree in Accountancy, Finance or an equivalent qualification;
• 3+ years of experience;
• Professional qualifications in accounting and finance such as ACCA;
• Previous Big4 audit experience is preferable;
• Be able to work on cross-functional engagements with other departments within the company;
• Have an excellent command of English and Azerbaijani;
• Be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills;
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment;
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning;
• To execute Financial Statement Analysis.

Key Accountabilities:

• Financial analysis including monthly management reporting with explanation of results, identification of trends in financial performance, and recommendations for improvement;
• Ensuring compliance of all documents with company charter, professional standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and statutory accounting norms;
• Ensuring quality control of financial transactions and presentation of financial reports;
• Coordinating the preparation of materials for external audits and financial statements for external institutions, coordinating the activities of external auditors and researching their suggestions and recommendations;
• Preparing reports for senior management presentations for the board of directors, ad-hoc analysis;
• Preparation of monthly management reports to main stakeholders based on pre-defined terms;
• Preparation and review of IFRS and Statutory Reporting and follow constant evolutions in standards and requirements. Ensure proper and accurate application;
• Participating in the improvement of company ERP in extracting financial statements.

Additional information:

• Salary will be agreed during the interview within the existing grading system;
• Lunch and transportation will be provided by the company;
• Medical insurance;
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
• The place of work is in Sumgayit city, HZ Tagiyev settlement.
