HR Business Partner

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources department and manage every phase of recruitment effort, from identification of potential candidates to interview and evaluation of candidates guiding them throughout the entire process. HR Business Partner must be effective communicators and possess great interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications;
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements;
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.;
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
  • Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future;
  • Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all personnel;
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions);
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation for line managers and ensure compliance to aforementioned.
  • Work following company policy and standards.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with recruitment processes and databases
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good decision-making skills
