hat is expected from the candidate:

  • Manage organic and paid social media for all Saffron Group brands, including content creation, copywriting, and scheduling;
  • Vendor Management – organizing photoshoots based on upcoming promotions;
  • Manages paid social budget per brand;
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance;
  • Manages social responding per brand;
  • Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects;
  • Overseeing all aspects of Saffron Group marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns;
  • Manage creative partners to generate monthly advertisements for digital and print publications;
  • Writes and disseminates marketing communications to restaurants;
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting hospitality/restaurant industry;
  • Work closely with the team to brainstorm new and innovative marketing strategies;
  • Website management and updates;
  • Website optimization - evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience;
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and administration of all company websites;
  • Assists Marketing team as needed.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing/brand experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Must have strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
  • Experience with social scheduling software, email software, and loyalty software.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication RUS, AZE, ENG and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital and hospitality/restaurant marketing.
