Vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

• Ofis, anbar və mağazalarda əmtəə məhsullarının və inventarların təftiş yoxlamalarını aparır.
• Təftiş zamanı aşkarlanan nöqsan və çatışmazlıqları səlahiyyətləri çərçivəsində həll edir, səlahiyyət xaricində olan nöqsan və çatışmazlıqların aradan qaldırılması üçün aidiyyəti şəxsləri məlumatlandırır.
• Yeni alınmış inventarları etiketləyir.
• Təftişə dair Akt tərtib edir. 
• Ofis, anbar və mağazalarda təhvil-təslim prosesini həyata keçirir
• Qida Sektorunda Təftiş prosesini həyata keçirir

Əsas tələblər: 

Təhsil:

• Maliyyə/Audit və ya digər müvafiq sahədə Ali təhsil

Təcrübə:

• Təftiş sahəsi üzrə azı 3 il iş təcrübəsi  

Professional biliklər:

• Təftiş avadanlıqları ilə işləmə qaydaları 
• MS Office və 1C proqramları 

Professional bacarıqlar və kompetensiyalar: 

• Detallara diqqət

The role of the position:

The role of this position is to conduct inspections and checks of goods and inventory in offices, warehouses, and stores.

Job responsibilities:

• Conducts inspections of inventory in offices, warehouses, and stores.
• Remedies defects and deficiencies detected during the inspection within the limits of his authority and informs the relevant persons about remedying defects and deficiencies beyond his authority.
• Labels newly purchased inventory.
• Compiles the Inspection Reports.
• Performs the handover process in offices, warehouses, and stores.
• Implements the inspection processes in the food service sector.

Main requirements:

Education:

• Higher education in Finance/Audit or a related field.

 Experience: 

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of inspection.

Professional knowledge:

• Operating procedures for inspection tools.
• MS Office and 1C programs.

 Professional skills and competencies:

• Attention to detail
• Results-oriented
• Stress resilience
• Time management
