We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing various sub-projects within the main initiative [SME Digitalization Project], ensuring they align with our digital transformation goals. Project management in Digitalization is highly desirable.

• Lead the planning and implementation of the SME Digitalization sub-projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Report to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or digitalization-focused projects.
• Prior experience in managing digitalization projects, especially at the enterprise level, will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and how they can be applied to improve business processes.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and the ability to apply them as per project needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think out-of-the-box and develop innovative solutions to project challenges.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.
