Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Manager at one of DeFakto retail locations in Baku. The Shop Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations management, customer service, and creating a positive customer experience. Other responsibilities will include inventory management, staffing, and reaching sales goals.

Requirements:

• strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in operations and store management
• Ability to maintain a positive customer experience
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales goals
• Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Previous experience in retail, fashion is preferred
