ONSHORE VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

JOB TITLE:  HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR

JOB TYPE:  FULL TIME

KCA DEUTAG is one of the largest international drilling operation contractors in the Caspian region, having  a history of over 100 years of drilling and engineering activities across the globe, and undertakes projects in some of the most harsh and demanding environments in the world. The Human Resources Administrator in KCA Deutag is responsible for undertaking administrative tasks for the Human Resources Department. They will be dealing with confidential information and must take all responsible care to ensure that this information is treated in a professional manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (but not be limited to):

• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Management System Procedures, and client specific requirements, where appropriate
• Maintain all personnel records on computer database and personnel files.
• Manage the production of employment agreements and the preparation of employee “start packs”, the pre-employment, periodic medical examination, medical insurance arrangement as well as consultation for personnel
• Provide all new employees with the relevant HR Induction.
• Issue contractual paperwork and update labour book in accordance with local legislative requirements.
• Oversee holiday management process.
• Prepare and report payroll within timescales determined by Finance Department.
• Create and maintain an effective departmental filling system.
• Receive and distribute mail at various times daily.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with colleagues in operational and support departments.  Liaising with  Managers to keep them informed with regards to day to day employee relations issues.
• Assist the Human Resources Coordinator with crew changes, contacting personnel with mobilization details, travel arrangements
• Arrange visa and police registration for employees when and as required and arrange and provide expatriate employees with Baku daily allowances.
• Undertake specific tasks as and when directed by the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator and project work and performance improvement tasks within the team.
• Support the Human Resources Coordinator as and when required

Educational and Experience Requirements

An Associate’s degree in and/or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
      

Other Special Requirements                                                                  

• High economic, management and/or technical (Master preferably) education
• Excellent command of Azerbaijan, English and Russian languages 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Use of MS Office applications at a high level
• Knowledge of Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic and other legislations related to all HR issues.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible and quick in responding within short notice period
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills are essential along with sensible attitude.
• Ability to work in a high performing work environment
