The role is responsible for developing the strategy, collaboration, execution and measurement of activities, with the goal of building and enhancing a favorable image of brand according to the marketing politics.
Key responsibilities:
- Determine the market position of the product, monitor and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct market analysis identify target consumer segments of the market for product supply
- Work on an action plan developed for the launch of new products and brands
- Preparation, implementation of annual plans related to the brand, monitoring the implementation of the plan
- Coordination of documentation and other formalities related to the implementation of plans
- Preparation of reports
- Develop a pricing policy for the product, determine the terms of sale of goods
- Developing a strategy to promote the product in the market, taking into account the effectiveness of marketing and advertising devices for advertising campaigns, exhibitions, presentations and other PR events
- Responsible for all on-going ATL & BTL events
- Implementation of strategies according to the global brand standards
- Controlling product budget splits by setting regular checkpoints for spending versus budget
- Working with cross-functional teams with implementation of local marketing strategies
- Controlling execution of marketing activities with systematic store check
- Developing merchandising strategies and planning the execution of planogram
- Planning and ordering of new POSMs, displays and innovations; and ensuring the efficient usage of these materials by sales team
- Perform Post Promotional Analysis
- Determine monthly ACB target for sales team
Requirements:
- BSc/MA in marketing, communication or business management
- Proven experience in FMCG and retail areas for minimum 3 years
- Ability to communicate with people with different thinking and worldviews
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian; Azerbaijani - native
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to build business relationships
- Be aware of finance, logistics, production processes, have strong numerical skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to work at a high level in office programs (especially Excel and Power Point)
