Requirements: (Ref# OFM)

  • Experience in working with incoming/outgoing  documents , receiving of incoming outgoing Phone Calls ,
  • Experience in office management , documentation , basics of HR /CRM, Computer skills
  • Excellent communication , organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent computer and administration skills.  (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work , ability to work under pressure .
  • Excellent Language Skills: (English /Azeri /Russian ) written  and spoken  
  • Education: Finished Higher Education .

Office Timings: Mon-FRI 9:00 -18:00

Salary as per interview results and candidate’s experience.
