Office Receptionist with below requirements:

  • Experience in working with incoming/outgoing  documents , receiving of incoming outgoing Phone Calls ,
  • Experience in office management , documentation , basics of HR /CRM, Computer skills
  • Excellent communication , organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent computer and administration skills.  (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work , ability to work under pressure .
  • Excellent Language Skills :   (English /Azeri /Russian ) written  and spoken  
  • Education : Finished Higher Education .
  • Timings : Mon-FRI 9:00 -18:00
  • Salary as per interview results and  candidate’s  experience.
