Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of logistics solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly sales plans and reports with regular updates for management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the service , Hospitability or freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics services (air, sea, and road freight).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
