Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of logistics solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare Weekly/Monthly  sales plans and reports with regular  updates for management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within the service , Hospitability or freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics services (air, sea, and road freight).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
