Loyalty and Targeted Marketing Specialist

Requirements:

Preferably a B.A. in Economics / Management / Marketing. Other Human Science disciplines will be considered as well 1-2 years of experience in Reporting / Research / Analysis in Telecom, FMCG or Financial Sectors
Experience in Telecom and Finance will be a plus
Structured and methodical thinking
Ability to drive and clearly explain business oriented conclusions from various and complicated sets of data
Ability to pay attention to the smallest details together with broaden view
Experience in working with massive amounts of data
Ability to deliver timely and precise information under pressure
Fluent Azeri and English
Proficiency in MS Office / Access / SPSS.
Advanced Excel user
SQL skills will be a plus
Ability to work until late hours, on weekends and on holidays when necessary

Roles & Responsibilities:

Development of statistical churn prevention model using logistic regression and development of automated reward and retention scheme at a subscriber segment level. Monitoring effectiveness of churn prevention activities
Analysis and prediction of subscribers’ behavior, revealing behavior trends and making data supported suggestions in order to adapt P&S portfolio of the company for achieving profitable and customer oriented set of offerings.
Analysis dynamics, trends and performance of the market players in targeted marketing and loyalty areas and assessment of their impact on Azerfon.
Conduction of segmentation, micro-segmentation and profiling of customer base.Creation of analytical and statistical models aiming to predict segment behavior and framing special offers for each target group
Update of Customer Valuation Mode
Execution of usage stimulation initiatives, development of loyalty programs, up-/cross- selling initiatives
Supporting coordination of Call Center based outbound team for execution of win-back, up-sell/cross-sell according to subscribers’ usage level. Designing new sample of subscribers on monthly base and share it with outbound team.
Monitoring and evaluation the returns on each campaign (ROI), in terms of subscriber retention, generated revenue, usage and ARPU
