Abt Associates, a US-based company, is looking to hire a part-time financial and administrative expert to represent and support our project activities in Baku, Azerbaijan.  Expected duties include preparing financial reports, developing local consulting agreements, paying consultants and vendors, and support organization of workshops.  The person will also represent Abt Associates in Baku. The daily rate will be based on past experience.

Required skills and experience:

- 2-5 years of experience with financial and administrative management
- Fluent in English and Azerbaijan language
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Prior experience working with international organizations.
