Description:

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
  • Installation and configuration of peripherals equipment (printer, scanner, phones);
  • Provide end-user support;
  • Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems (laptop, tablet);
  • Working with web-services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
  • Microsoft/Cisco Certification is an advantage;
  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support;
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP);
  • Experience with IP telephony;
  • Basic knowledge in administration of Microsoft OS Family;
  • Communication skills;
  • Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
  • Responsibility and punctuality skills.
