Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly;
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and facilities to meet operational needs;
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures;
- Coordinate relationship with vendors (travel agencies, airlines and hotels);
- Control logistic, allocate taxi codes within the employees;
- Prepare expenses analysis and adjust if it is requires;
- Assist in organizing employee events and activities to boost morale;
- Prepare and review financial reports related to office expenditures;
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships.
Knowledge:
- Language skills: having a high level of knowledge in Russian and English languages;
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and other data analysis tools;
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role;
- Knowledge of basic financial principles and budget management.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to office management;
- Leadership and supervisory experience;
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle challenges effectively.
