Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly;
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and facilities to meet operational needs;
  • Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures;
  • Coordinate relationship with vendors (travel agencies, airlines and hotels);
  • Control logistic, allocate taxi codes within the employees;
  • Prepare expenses analysis and adjust if it is requires;
  • Assist in organizing employee events and activities to boost morale;
  • Prepare and review financial reports related to office expenditures;
  • Manage procurement and vendor relationships.

Knowledge:

  • Language skills: having a high level of knowledge in Russian and English languages;
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and other data analysis tools;
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role;
  • Knowledge of basic financial principles and budget management.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to office management;
  • Leadership and supervisory experience;
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle challenges effectively.
