Job Description

Job Function/Scope

• Ensure all documentation and certification is valid and data input is maintained on CCU tracking register
• Responsible for the overall availability of CCUs, advise management of any potential shortfalls and minimize the number of ad-hoc units in use.
• Attend daily planning meeting to ascertain short term demands.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports related to the above and as required.
• Report CCU status – on hire/damaged/missing etc.
• Reconcile CCU fleet, investigate and resolve CCU reconciliation discrepancies.
• Responsible for minimization of CCU turnaround in coordination with inspection/maintenance providers.
• Responsible for organisation in conjunction with Tank cleaning specialists the cleaning of LDCBs and sludge tanks to for elimination of residues and overweight issues.
• Managing special requirements for any specific CCU provision
• Responsible for identifying and highlighting any areas out with ‘’tonnage shipped offshore’’ i.e long term CCU storage at offshore installations, baggage containers stored on vessels, etc.
• Responsible for provision overall cost control over the ad hoc hire expenditure.
• Preparation and verification of all CCU and CCU accessories related invoices and submitting it to appropriate parties (client, ASCO accounting, and subcontractors)
• Ensure CCU Department Operating Procedures are relevant and up-to-date.
• Responsible for provision of the CCU related NCR, Near misses, Incidents analysis, identification of the trends, taking responsibility to close out actions. Initiate ’’Lessons learned’’ follow ups via Toolbox talks, coaching sessions.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings

People

• Responsible for reviewing and approving the personnel rota to ensure the adequate cover for the CCU department 7 days a week.
• Responsible for identification and discussion of any training / coaching requirements for the CCU Department personnel.
• Liaise with CCU Inspection contractor to provide the call out of the relevant personnel to cover any requirements out with normal hours.

HSEQ

• Monitoring and prevention of unsafe situations.
• Ensure that all CCU personnel wear appropriate PPE.
• Ensure that all CCU personnel have the right and appropriate documentation and certification to carry out responsibilities, which are required for their position and are properly trained in all aspects of their job function.
• Maintain awareness of the potential significant environmental and social aspects and impacts of the operation.
• Constantly look for and act in the ways that reduce the health and safety risks, and the environmental, social, and security impact of your job and initiate improvements.

Customers

• Act as focal point of contact with internal and external customers for CCU issues.
• Liaise with FSL on any CCU related issues.
• Interface with BP CCU CAM on any operational issues.

• Ability to accurately handle paperwork and documentation
• Ability to coordinate and supervise
• Leadership and mentorship skills.

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 3-5 years of supply chain experience, preferably within Supply Base or Quayside operations
• CCU Inspection Procedures knowledge
• Good command of English, Azeri and Russian.
• Excellent computer skills.

Desired Skills

• Thorough understanding of HSE requirements & behaviour.
