Laboratory Technician

İşin təsviri

Job duties:

• Construction materials sampling (soils, inert materials, road adhesives, limestone dust, concrete, asphalt-concrete, sands, cements, bitumen, etc.) in accordance with standard sampling procedures,
• According to the requirements of the PASSPORT of the Testing Laboratory of the Innovation Center for Concrete and Construction Materials at "Holcim (Azerbaijan)" OJSC and clause 6.2.5 (e) of the AZS ISO/IEC 17025:2020 standards, and as per the below standards of Holcim Innovation Center is responsible and authorized for conducting samplings of any type, reporting, testing of concrete and construction materials.
• Performing laboratory and field tests on building materials in accordance with the test procedures of AZS, AASHTO, ASTM, DIN, EN, BS, BSEN, GOST and other standards,
• Contionus researches and investigaton  tests in laboratory and in the site.
• Preparation of various mixtures (under layer of road base, base layer, bituminous mixtures, cement mixtures, road adhesive mixtures) in the laboratory as per the valid standards,  and present for application in construction works in the form of a magazine, booklets.
• From the customer support and  laboratory reasearch tests point of view, to be open and sensitive to the company needs.
• To be reaady to  spend 80% of working time traveling to the regions of Azerbaijan.
• Be fully aware of and strictly follow the safety rules and regulations in the company to ensure safe working environment for him/her-self and people around.

Requirements:

• Educational background (including licenses required by law)  Higher or college education in sphere of construction or engineering
• Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant position.

Əmək vəzifələri:

• Tikinti materiallarından (qruntlar, inert materiallar, yol yapışdırıcıları, əhəngdaşı tozu, beton, asfalt-beton, qumlar, sementlər, bitum və sair) standart nümunə alma prosedurlarına uyğun olaraq nümunələrin alınması,
• “Holcim(Azərbaycan)”ASC-nin Beton və Tikinti Materialları üzrə İnnovasiya Mərkəzinin Sınaq Laboratoriyasının PASPORTU-nun və AZS İSO/İEC 17025:2020 standartının 6.2.5 (e) bəndinin tələbinə əsasən, Holcim innovasiya mərkəzinin beton və tikinti materialları üzrə sınaq laboratoriyasında aşağıdakı standartlara uyğun olaraq hər bir sınağın aparılmasına, laboratoriya hesabatlarını tərtib etməsinə və öz imzası ilə təsdiq etməsinə səlahiyyətli olması və buna görə məsuliyyət daşıması,
• AZS, AASHTO, ASTM, DIN, EN, BS, BSEN, GOST və sair standartların sınaq prosedurlarına uyğun olaraq tikinti materiallarının üzərində laboratoriya və sahə sınaqlarının həyata keçirilməsi,
• Laboratoriya və sahədə davamlı tədqiqat və araşdırma sınaqlarının aparılması,
• Laboratoriyada, qüvvədə olan standartlara əsasən müxtəlif qarışıqların (yol əsasının alt qatı, əsas qatı, bitumlu qarışıqlar, sementli qarışıqlar, yol yapışdırıcıları qarışıqları) hazırlanması və jurnal şəklində tikinti işlərində tətbiqi üçün təqdim edilməsi,
• Laboratoriya sınaq tədqiqatları və müştəriyə dəstək nöqtəyi nəzərdən şirkətin ehtiyaclarına açıq fikirli və anlayışlı olaraq həssas yanaşılması, 
• Özünün və ətrafındaki insanların təhlükəsiz iş mühiti ilə təmin edərək Şirkətin təhlükəsizlik qayda və qanunlarını tam öyrənərək ciddi riayət edilməsi,
• İş vaxtının 80%-ni Azərbaycanın hər bir ərazisinə səfər etməyə hazır olması,
• Özü və ətrafındakı işçilər üçün təhlükəsiz iş mühiti yaratmaq məqsədilə şirkətin ƏMTT qaydaları haqqında tam məlumatlı olmaq və ona əməl olunmasına ciddi riayət etmək.     

Tələb olunan keyfiyyətlər:

• Tələb olunan təhsil (qanunla təsdiq olunan sənəd) :Tikinti və İnşaat sahəsində Orta İxtisas və ya ali təhsil 
• İş təcrübəsi: Müvafiq sahədə ən azı 3 il iş təcrübəsi.

Maraqlananlar CV-ni mövzu hissəsində “Laboratoriya Texniki” yazmaqla yerləşdirə bilərlər.
