Main responsibilities:

  • Sales and organisation of annual projects  
  • Preparing the basis for sales  
  • Work on sales materials  
  • Sales and reporting
  • Communication (calls, meetings) with potential clients
  • Monitoring and analysis of the relevant industry in the region
  • Establishing trusting long-term relationships with participants and potential clients, government support structures, partners
  • Vision of ways to develop the project  
  • Work together with the producer on the program of the forum, conference  
  • Monitoring the preparation of all reports within the project  
  • Daily work with agents, constant sending of news.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Knowledge of languages: Russian (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent), English (upper intermediate)  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills  
  • Good time management skills  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
