Job Description:

  • Manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Monitor equipment usage and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  1. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  2. Promote and enforce safe working practices within the service department.
  3. Conduct regular safety training sessions for mechanics to enhance their awareness.
  4. Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or degree in a related field preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) as a mechanic in a service company, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage a team.
  • Solid understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
  • Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional information:

  • Contract 1 year
  • Salary – Negotiable 
  • Transport and lunch provided by the company
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, 5-day working week;
  • The place of work is located at 22 km of the Salyan highway, Baku.
