Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, user needs, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and new feature development.
  • Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to effectively communicate business needs to the development team.
  • Create comprehensive business flow diagrams and process maps to visually represent end-to-end workflows, facilitating a clear understanding of business processes.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements and align with user expectations.
  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders during the platform development lifecycle, addressing inquiries and clarifying requirements as needed.
  • Monitor digital platforms performance and user behavior, utilizing data insights to recommend data-driven improvements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality releases.
  • Efficiently identify, document, and manage bugs, ensuring timely resolution and collaborating with development teams to maintain the stability and reliability of platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, with a focus on digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in business flow drafting and process mapping tools. 
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence to facilitate workflows, task tracking, and documentation.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile/scrum environments is an advantage.
  • Understanding of web technologies, familiarity with mobile app development principles and software development life cycle processes is an advantage.
