The Company is pleased to announce a vacancy for the following position.

DEPUTY BRANCH MANAGER

Safety responsibilities:

• Employee shall work in accordance with the company HSE Policies
• Employee shall follow client and AWS procedures, including use of proper PPE
• Employee shall stop work immediately where they identify any unsafe situation and manage the situation
• Employee shall report any incidents to the Branch Manager immediately
• To actively participate in and oversee safety in the whole company
• Review regularly the safety processes and critical challenge the accepted assumptions on an ongoing basis
• To ensure that all operations comply with internal safety regulations, client agreements, statutory requirements and overall are to the highest international best practice

Operational responsibilities:

• To assist the Branch Manager with overall company management especially cleaning operations and transport.
• Drive the development of new and innovative cleaning techniques and cutting edge equipment
• Assist with tender requests, documents preparation, assignment of job numbers etc.
• Prepare variation and amendment orders, contracts with customers and operational supplies
• Assist with cost calculation, preparation for quotes and admin matters
• Keep clients informed regarding project progress, ensure projects stay on track to clients satisfaction
• Assist in procurement of key equipment and materials
• Register customer complaints, and generate customer complaints forms, close out of complaints and interface with operations to ensure corrective measures are in place customers
• Attend all key meetings with customers and take minutes for follow up actions
• Ensure all actions raised by customers and management are closed out on time
• To act as Branch Manager in the absence of the Branch Manager
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Branch Manager and/or Regional Manager

Qualification requirements:

• Strong leadership skills
• Relevant work experience with strong commercial and QHSE skills
• Fluency in English (upper intermediate/advanced), good computer skills
• University degree
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Hard and dynamic worker, good physical condition
